Arlington, MN — (September 3, 2011) — 95.7 the Blaze IMCA Sprint Cars 4 Mike Stien from Gaylord took the early lead and late in the race 5m Troy Manteufel from St Peter took over the lead and went on to pick up his first Arlington Raceway Win.
