Brandon, SD — (July 21, 2013) — Ian Madsen raced past early leader Mark Dobmeier in heavy traffic just before the halfway point in tonight’s 30 lap UNOH All-Star Circuit of Champions feature event, then survived a scare with just 2 laps remaining en route to the win, his 1st ever at Huset’s Speedway. Madsen made contact with the spinning cars of Caleb Helms and Danny Holtgraver and executed a 360 spin but managed to keep the engine under power to remain at the point for the race’s final restart. Dobmeier chased Madsen to the checkers in 2nd, with Jac Haudenschild, Terry McCarl and Cap Henry completing the top 5. Kaleb Johnson also recorded his 1st ever Huset’s Speedway victory in 600cc Micro Sprint action.
