The Month of May wraps up at Huset’s Speedway this Sunday with Kibble Equipment Night. All three regular divisions will compete with the event marking only the second points show of the season for the Cressman Sanitation 410 Outlaw Sprint Cars and the Heser Auto & Detailing RaceSaver Sprint Car Series. It’s the third race for the Nordstrom’s Automotive Late Model Street Stocks.
It might be time to start writing Michael “Buddy” Kofoid’s name on the check before a race even starts at Huset’s Speedway. The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series rolled into the Brandon, SD track on Monday for the Stars and Stripes Salute presented by Folkens Brothers Trucking finale. At first, Kofoid and his Roth Motorsports team actually looked beatable.

One of motorsports’ most demanding schedules marches on as the tour heads to Huset’s Speedway for the holiday. The Brandon, SD oval welcomes The Greatest Show on Dirt for the L.G. Everist Huset’s Shootout presented by Ace Ready Mix and Myrl & Roy’s Paving on Saturday-Sunday, Aug. 30-31.
The action begins on Friday with the Bull Haulers Brawl presented by Folkens Brothers Trucking featuring the Cressman Sanitation 410 Outlaw Sprint Cars duking it out for the $7,500 top prize and the Nordstrom’s Automotive Late Model Street Stocks.
