– WINDOM, Minn. (April 12, 2016) – Dale Blaney has high expectations for the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions season, which will make its third attempt to get the points portion of the year underway after weather wiped out the first two tries.

Blaney and his Mainstream Holdings, Inc., sponsored CH Motorsports team will tackle Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, on Friday; Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio, on Saturday; and Bedford Speedway in Bedford, Pa., on Sunday.

“It’s always good to win early,” he said. “We have three races this weekend to get a win and I feel like we have a good opportunity every night. Hopefully we can run good and be consistent.”

Blaney, who is a six-time and the defending All Star champion, has won at least one All Star feature at Attica Raceway Park during each of the past five seasons. He scored a victory and three top-five finishes during four All Star races at the track last year.

“It’s a fun place,” he said. “It always gets wide and always gets kind of slick and there’s always multiple grooves. Those are always the tracks I like to race on. It’s more of a finesse track. I think it suits my style pretty well.”

Blaney is seeking his first All Star triumph at Wayne County Speedway since 2010. He recorded a trio of top 10s at the track last season, including a top result of second place.

“We ran second there last fall, but we haven’t really run good there in recent years,” he said. “I love racing at that place. It’s a neat place that has a lot of history to it.”

Blaney earned a sixth-place result during his lone race at Bedford Speedway last season.

“I’ve only been there that one time and it’s a neat place,” he said. “You’re going uphill on one straightway and downhill the other. It’s a big, fast place. Passing is a premium there so you have to put yourself in the right spot.”

Blaney has an All Star leading 127 feature victories, including at least one win during each of the past 15 years.
