(Perris, CA, March 6, 2011) Don Kazarian, the promoter at Southern California’s Home to Major League Sprint Car Racing, Perris Auto Speedway, has announced that all active members of the United States military services will be admitted for just $5.00 to all Oval Entertainment promoted events at the famous Riverside County clay oval in 2011.
“We wanted to do something to show our appreciation to the members of the United States military for the great service they do for us,” Kazarian said. “We see a lot of military members from bases around Southern California every Saturday night.”
All the military member has to do is show a valid service id at the ticket window and they will get in for just $5.00. Each military id will be good for one ticket.
The track will raise the curtain on the 2011 season with the Annual Sokola Shootout featuring the Amsoil USAC/CRA Sprint Cars and the California Lightning Sprint Cars this Saturday, March 12th. Spectator gates will open at 5:00 PM and the first race will be at 7:00.

Perris Auto Speedway is located on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds (home of October’s Southern California Fair), approximately one hour east of Los Angeles and one hour North of San Diego. To get to the track, take the 215 freeway, exit on the Ramona Expressway and go three miles east to the fairgrounds.
