Port Royal – Inclement, unseasonably cold weather has forced Port Royal Speedway and PRS Promotions officials to cancel the March 26 racing program of 410 sprints and late models.
Port Royal will be back in action on April 2 with the first three-division show of the season featuring 410 sprints, late models and pro stocks.
The show will indeed be the first appearances of the season at the Juniata County oval for the late models and pro stocks.
Blane Heimbach won the season opener for 410 sprints on March 19 and as such owns the early season point lead.
Pit gates for the April 2 program will open at 4 PM with general admission gates opening at 5 and racing slated for 7 PM.
Adult general admission is $15.00 with students admitted for $10.00.
Draws will be used to set the starting lineups for all divisions.
