PARK CITY, Kansas – March 26, 2012 – Sprint Car fans and drivers from throughout the state of Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Nebraska are gearing up for a day at the Park, Park City, Kansas that is, as the home of the National Championship Racing Association gears up for their 42nd year as a dirt track racing organization as the series sprint car division is set to kick off their 2012 race season this Saturday night, March 31st at 81 Speedway.
This season opening, the first of twelve races slated this year, will pay $4000 to the night’s championship feature winner with drivers just making the twenty car field will earn at least $400. Gates open at 5:00 PM and racing set for 7:00 PM.
But don’t just come at race time and head back home, make a day of it and even spend your nights here at the Park.
For the second consecutive year, Park City, Kansas has climbed aboard as partner with the NCRA for the 2012 race season and will be known as the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas.
The series asks all racers and race fans attending the NCRA season opener to patronize all businesses in the Park City community where you can stay “A day, a week or a lifetime” and make sure to let them know you are in town for the races.
