Wilmot, WI — (July 21, 2012) — Dale Blaney won the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions / Interstate Racing Association showdown to kick off Thunder Through the Plains Saturday at Wilmot Raceway.  Tim Shaffer, Bill Balog, Cap Henry, and Mike Renke rounded out the top five.
