Knoxville, IA — (August 5, 2012) — Following five mains in four nights, Brian Brown, Tim Kaeding and Danny Lasoski are all tied for the lead in the 2012 Cox Design & Metal Fabrication Iowa Speed Week points with 136. Just one point back is Shane Stewart, while Tim Shaffer is just five points back of the leaders. Track regular Bronson Maeschen won the inaugural Capitani Classic at Knoxville Raceway on Sunday evening. Night number five is Monday, August 6, at the Southern Iowa Speedway in nearby Oskaloosa with the All Star Circuit of Champions (ASCoC) Front Row Challenge for winged 410-cubic-inch sprint cars and the United States Auto Club (USAC) Ultimate Challenge non-winged sprint car preliminary night program.
