The USAC/STARS D1 Midgets are โoffโ this week as they prepare for their September 15 appearance at the Columbus (Ohio) Motor Speedway.
Jim Anderson of Joliet, Ill. continues to lead the standings after rains form tropical storm Isaac forced postponement of Saturdayโs scheduled โBob Lockard Memorialโ at Grundy County Speedway in Morris, Ill. That race has been rescheduled for Saturday night, September 29.
Andersonโs lead in the standings is 98 points over Patrick Wilda, with Kyle OโGara currently third.
