J&J’S DOMINATE ACTION IN OHIO, ALABAMA

McKENZIE, TN – J&J Auto Racing teams scored well last weekend in Sprint car action across the country. Derek Hagar led a J&J podium sweep in USCS action and Caleb Griffith led a trio of J&J’s to finish at Fremont Speedway. Ed Lynch, Jr., won again and was joined as a J&J winner by Tyler Ross, who won for the first time ever at Lincoln Speedway, Eddie Gallagher, and Joe Ramaker.
LERNERVILLE SPEEDWAY
Ed Lynch, Jr., picked up his second Sprint car victory of the season at Lernerville Speedway Friday night. Lynch started his familiar black No. 2L J&J on the outside of row ten and wasted little time working his way into a three-way battle for the lead. He used a lap 12 restart to take second and one lap later, he grabbed the lead. He would hold the top spot for the remaining 12 laps and pick up his 108th career win at Lernerville.
USCS – EAST ALABAMA MOTOR SPEEDWAY
Derek Hagar continued his strong start to the 2013 campaign by claiming his sixth United Sprint Car Series victory in 10 starts this season. He started eighth in his No. 9jr Dynotech powered J&J and won the 6th annual Randy Helton Memorial Race at East Alabama Motor Speedway. Hagar took the lead on lap 28 and went on to win his 16th career USCS feature event.
Eric Riggins, Jr., followed Hagar to the finish in the No. 47 J&J and 10-time USCS champion Terry Gray completed the podium sweep in his No. 10 J&J.  Lance Moss drove Jeff McCall’s No. 23 J&J to a seventh-place finish.
FREMONT SPEEDWAY
It was a battle of J&J racers in the 410 feature event at Fremont (Ohio) Speedway on Saturday night. Caleb Griffith started from the pole in the No. 40DD J&J and led lap one before four-time All-Star champion Tim Shaffer wheeled the CH Motorsports No. 83 J&J into the top spot on lap two. Grifftith took the lead back on lap nine and Shaffer was back in front on lap 19. Griffith didn’t give up and executed a slide job of his own on lap 26. He would lead the rest of the way and earn his fourth career win at Fremont.
Shaffer would finish second and be joined on the podium by another J&J driver, DJ Foos in the Genzman Motorsports No. 53 J&J.
LINCOLN SPEEDWAY 
Tyler Ross picked up his first career 358 Sprint car win at Lincoln Speedway Saturday night. Ross started his No. 5 J&J seventh and was up to third by lap seven of the 20-lap race. The next lap he took second and coming out of four on lap 11, he took the lead. Once in front, he built a 1.59 second advantage to score the win.
MONTANA – BIG SKY SPRINTS
Joe Ramaker led every lap of the Big Sky Sprints event at Electric City Speedway in Great Falls, Mont. He started fourth in his No. 98 J&J and grabbed the lead on the backstretch of the opening lap. He was joined on the podium by David Hoiness, who finished third in the No. 27DD J&J.
RIVERSIDE SPEEDWAY
Eddie Gallagher came home victorious Saturday night driving Buzz Herrington’s No. 1x J&J to win the 305 Sprint car feature event.
Other strong finishes….Lee Grosz finished second in Friday night’s Sprint car feature event at Princeton (Minn.) Speedway driving the No. 4 J&J.
