With 44 cars checked into the speedway, Croft jump-started his night by timing in 13th quickest, on the 3/8 miles speed plant.

Lining up in the second row of his heat race, Croft was able to secure a transfer spot to the feature event, where he would start in the second row.

When the race went green, Croft settled into the third spot, as he chased after Dominic Scelzi, and Andy Gregg.

On a track that was perfect for slide-jobs, Croft held strong at the front of the field as he was anywhere from second-fifth, all race long.

Running the top of the speedway, Croft was able slide in front of Andy Gregg on a late restart to take the third spot, as he chased after the lead duo of Tommy Tarlton and Dominic Scelzi as they swapped the lead, lap by lap.

Unable to get up to them, Croft would close his night out with a third place finish.

“We haven’t had the finishes we have been looking for the last few weeks, so it is nice to get out of here with a podium finish,” Croft said. “My guys have been working hard at the shop and at the track, so it is good to get the finishes they deserve.”
