Port Royal, PA — (September 23, 2014) — With October descending upon us, Port Royal Speedway is getting ready to return to action over the upcoming Columbus Day holiday weekend, on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11.
The oval will be in action for the two-day, third annual Blue Collar Classic weekend featuring a Keystone RaceSaver Sprints inter-regional 305 sprint challenge and the 410 sprints.
The inter-regional RaceSaver 305 sprints, hosted by the PASS 305 circuit, are on the agenda both days with limited late model action at the track as well on Friday, beginning at 7 pm.
The 410 sprints will race on Saturday night in a tune-up event for the upcoming World of Outlaws invasion with the RaceSaver 305s in the spotlight for their Blue Collar Classic main.
The xtreme stocks also race on October 11, beginning at 5 pm.
Friday’s program will see the interregional Keystone RaceSaver 305 sprint match up contesting heats and a regular 20-lap main event and purse while the 358 limited late models will compete for $1,000 to win.
Saturday’s Blue Collar Classic competition for the Keystone RaceSaver interregional 305s will include group time trials and a 25-lap main paying $1,000 to win and $400 to start plus a non-qualifiers main event will be contested.
The 410 sprint cars will be in action with a regular program along with a feature event for the xtreme stocks to close the night.

Following the October 11 World of Outlaws tune up at the track for the 410 sprints, the STP World of Outlaws sprints will hit the track two weeks later on October 25 at 5 pm.

Reserve seating admission tickets, available in rows 7 – 19 of the aluminum grandstand, are set at $35 with adult general “day of” prices set at $30.
General admission prices for students ages 12 – 18 for the outlaws show will be just $20. Ages 0 – 11 will be admitted for free to general admission areas.
Rows 1 – 6 of the aluminum grandstand will be open to general admission ticket holders.
A reserved seat/ticket, in rows 7 – 19 if desired, for ages 0 – 11 and for students will be the aforementioned $35.
