Indianapolis, IN – (May, 19, 2016) – Bryan Clauson completed another day of practice Thursday at the Indianpolis Motor Speedway in preparation for the 100th edition of the Indianapolis 500. Clauson dropped a bit in the standings to 32nd fastest overall. Clauson did more running in large packs of cars as practice had a lot of activity throughout the day.
Clauson did have one close call in a pack while getting up to speed and got up out of the groove, but did not make contact with the wall. Clauson and the Jonthan Byrd Racing crew took the car back to the garage to make further adjustments before making some runs in traffic.
Clauson has one more day of practice to find speed on Friday before qualifications begin on Saturday.
