SHAWNEE, Okla. (Nov. 3, 2016) – Seth Bergman will return to the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour trail for the final two events of the season.

Bergman missed the entire month of October as his team was out of engines and he was preparing for the birth of his daughter, which occurred earlier this week.

“It was a blessing in disguise that we had our mechanical problems because it gave me more time before her arrival,” he said. “It was a special time and I’m grateful I was able to spend it there. Now we have two big weekends of racing remaining this season so hopefully we can put ourselves in contention to win a couple more.”

Bergman returns to action this Friday and Saturday at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., where he was victorious in April and finished ninth in June.

“Creek County is a tight bullring track where you have to have your elbows up every lap,” he said. “We’ve had success there so that’s always a boost of confidence when you head back to a track where you’ve won.”

Bergman has won at the quarter-mile oval during four of the past six years.

His season will conclude the following weekend at Cocopah Speedway in Somerton, Ariz
