David Muir put an uncharacteristic DNF in the previous Round of the KRE Race Engines Track Championship behind him to bounce right back into Championship contention with a victory in the first of two Features at Supercheap Auto Archerfield Speedway on Saturday night March 24, following it up with a third place finish behind Peter Lack and Brent Kratzmann in the second twenty lapper to secure the overall win and the lion’s share of the bonus money on offer.

Travis Mills set a new 20-lap track record in route to winning the midget car feature Saturday night at Avalon Raceway. Adam Wallis, Troy Jordan, Andy Pearce, and Braedan Palmer rounded out the top five.

A racing deal put Kerry Madsen on his lid last Friday night at the Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, California. Instead of getting right back out on the track Saturday, rain intervened. The St. Mary’s, New South Wales, Australia native will have to wait until this weekend, when the World of Outlaws invade the Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, California for the Mini-Gold Cup.
