Can the Sprint Bandits Go National?

The Sprint Bandits are back in action this weekend. Don’t adjust your computer monitors or check the date on your system, it isn’t August. For the first time since 2006 the Bandits will venture outside of their normal time period of the traditional TNT tour to hold races over the next two weekends at Golden Triangle Raceway Park, Houston Raceway Park, Devils Bowl Speedway, and I-30 Speedway.

Bares Tackles Gas City in 2010, Test and Tunes Galore

Six and a half hours separates Joe Bares from his latest sprint car racing endeavor. Last Friday Bares began in hew racing adventure traveling from his home in Traverse City, Michigan, where Bares is a traffic investigator for the Grand Traverse County Sherriff’s Department, to complete the weekly sprint car program at Gas City I-69 Speedway.
