DAY LEADS ALL 30 LAPS TO WIN A WILD OCEAN SPRINTS FEATURE ON FRIDAY

Salinas’ Ronnie Day, 2011 Ocean Sprints champion and 51st Johnny Key Classic winner, led all 30 laps to win a wild Ocean Sprints presented by Taco Bravo feature on Friday night. The victory is Day’s second in 2012 in the winged 360 series held at Ocean Speedway Watsonville.

OCEAN SPRINTS ROUND THREE GOES TO RONNIE DAY

2011 Ocean Sprints presented by Taco Bravo champion Ronnie Day of Salinas won Friday night’s feature at Ocean Speedway Watsonville after roaring past Stockton’s Brad Furr on the 20th lap. Day’s win came against a 23 car turnout during the third round for the series.
