World of Outlaws make ninth straight appearance at I-96 for Napa Rumble

Prior that that, the series raced at the then-half-mile a handful of times, dating back to 1995. Now an action-packed three-eighths-mile, the oval will mark one of just two stops in Michigan this season for the series.
