WEST LEBANON, N.Y. (August 22, 2016) — Steve Kinser announced during the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions program on Monday that it would likely be his final start.
Kinser made the announcement during Monday’s program to the crowd and was relayed on Twitter by All Star announcer Blake Anderson.
