Bryan Clauson will be leading the charge to Tulsa for the CTR/BCI three-car effort. The current National Midget Driver of the year is fresh off a 19 win season that included a USAC Midget Week Title and some of the nation’s biggest midget events including the Belleville Midget Nationals, The Hall of Fame Classic and the Turkey Night Grand Prix. Joining Bryan will be two of the hottest young drivers from the west coast, Shane Golobic and Kyle Larson.
Shane Golobic – Shane is the 2009 Calistoga Speedway track champion and is considered to be one of the most versatile young drivers in the country. Shane’s resume includes wins in USAC pavement midgets and non wing sprint cars. In 2008 Shane became the youngest winner in Golden State Series history when he picked up a win at Ocean Speedway in Watsonville, CA. Kyle Larson – Kyle was the 2009 Golden State Series Rookie of the Year and picked up 3 wins on the season including a Golden State Series win, as well as a Civil War win in the ultra competitive 360 series. Kyle made his second Chili Bowl start last year under some very unusual circumstances. Be sure to look for him in the pits and about it!
