After an abundant amount of rain on Friday afternoon, Craig Dollansky and the Big Game Treestands #7 team signed into Knoxville Raceway on Saturday for day racing in the special 17th Annual Premier Chevy Dealers World Challenge, a 20-lap event that features drivers who qualified in various events in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
After the track was reworked following the non-qualifier feature, Dollansky lined up the #7 sprinter in 7th. As the racing got underway Dollansky quickly found the fast way around the track and mounted his charge to the front. ‘The Crowd Pleaser’ continued to the front to assume the lead on lap 12 and never look back as he rolled the ‘Trophy Hunt’ paint scheme into victory lane and took home the $10,000 top prize. “The car felt good in hotlaps and the motor was running good,” said Dollansky. “We were picking cars off as we went and challenging Trevor Green for the lead and got past him and just set a pace where we didn’t burn the tires off. We were working good in both areas. That was a good event with all the drivers from all over the world and a good win for everyone behind our team from Big Game Treestands, Aggressive Hydraulics, and Karavan Trailers.”
