Atlanta, GA – February 23, 2012- The United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by Goodyear opens its sixteenth and 2012 racing season in just ten days on Saturday, March 3rd at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi. The winged sprint car series will contest a 40+ night 2012 schedule before declaring a National Champion and titles in two regional series. A sweep of all three titles could be worth over $20,000 in cash plus contingencies including the following years Champions appearance bonus at each event. The Magnolia Motor Speedway USCS season opener will pay $2000 to win.
A pre-season sprint car practice session is scheduled for Friday, March 2nd at the speedway. Joining the USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour winged sprint cars on the triple-header USCS racing card will be the K&N Filters USCS Modifieds and www.RockAuto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series winged mini/micro sprints. Additionally on the racing program are the Super Late Models, Nesmith Dirt Late Models, Street Stocks and Mini Stocks.
