– Park City, Kansas – April 30, 2012 – The newest division for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products gets their 2012 race season underway this coming Saturday night as the 305 sprint car series breaks ground at 81 Speedway in Park City.
In an effort to give sprint car drivers an affordable alternative and to get new drivers into the sport, the 305 sprint class was announced during the winter months and with it comes a nine race schedule. Each feature finale winner will take home $1000 while just starting the twenty car “A” main pays $200.
The race will be the first of three appearances at the one of the series with races also slated for the Kansas State Fairgrounds (Hutchinson, Kansas), Enid Speedway (Oklahoma) and the Belleville High Banks (Kansas).
The travelng teams on the NCRA 305 sprint car series will be joined by the local Credit King Modified, Economy Motors AAA Modified, Alternative Pest Management Rookie Modified and the Thumper divisions. Gates open Saturday night at 5pm, Race time is 7. Admission is $10.00 Age 11 and up, $5.00 Children 6 thru 10.
