BEAVER DAM, Wisc. (May 21, 2012) – Billy Balog stayed undefeated in Interstate Racing Association competition when he won at Beaver Dam Raceway.
Balog has won each of his IRA heat races and every IRA feature event this season, three events without a loss.
The competitors in the IRA all race on Goodyear bias-ply tires from the same line of tires Goodyear manufacturers for the World of Outlaws and other touring winged sprint car series. All the tires are built in Goodyear’s Innovation Center in Akron, Ohio.
Mike Kertscher was second at Beaver Dam, followed by Mike Reinke, Scott Neitzel and Tommy Sexton.
The event drew 28 entries.
