Quincy, MI — (June 16, 2012) — Chad Blonde flew to the feature win at Butler Motor Speedway. After the conclusion of Hot Laps, a rain shower would delay the start of the racing program. Once the show got underway, the racing would make up for the wait. Doug Zimmerman would jump out to the early lead, leading the first 7 circuits before catching lapped traffic. Chad Blonde, who started in 4th, would take advantage of lapped traffic and get by Zimmerman. The race would come to a halt when current point leader Chris Jones would get turned and make contact with John Gall, resulting in a Gall flip. Both drivers were ok, but were done for the night. Blonde would go on to capture the feature win.
