Tulsa, OK — (March 23, 2015) — Perhaps the second try will be the one for the start of the 2015 season for the Southern Trailer Works ASCS Gulf South Region presented by Griffith Truck and Equipment as the south Texas series heads for the Golden Triangle Raceway Park in Beaumont, Texas on Friday, March 27 and Battleground Speedway on Saturday, March 28 in Highlands, Texas.
The only action in the ASCS Nation this coming weekend, several teams from North Texas and into Oklahoma are expected to travel to the Houston area as each night of competition offers drivers a $3,000 winner’s check.
Friday, March 27 at the Golden Triangle Raceway Park will kick off at 7:45 P.M. (CT) and will include Limited Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Mini Stocks. More information on the Golden Triangle Raceway Park can be found at http://www.motoramaspeedway.com or by calling (409) 752-RACE.
Saturday, March 28 at the Battleground Speedway gets rolling at 7:00 P.M. and will feature Limited Modifieds, Classic Dwarfs, Pure Stock, and Eco-stock in addition to the ASCS Gulf South Region.
