BELLEVILLE, Ill. (June 30, 2017) — The POWRi Midget and WAR sprint car program scheduled for Friday at Belle Clair Speedway was rained out. The midget portion of the 26th Annual Knepper Memorial is rescheduled for Saturday July 22nd while the POWRi WAR series will race will not be rescheduled.
