JACKSONVILLE, IL (September 11, 2020) — Despite valiant efforts from the Jacksonville Speedway track crew Friday’s Herb Barlow Memorial for the Midwest Open Wheel Association and POWRi National Midget Car League was rained out. Both MOWA and POWRi return to action Saturday at Spoon River Speedway in Canton, Illinois for the Tom Knowles Memorial.
