CHILLCOTHE, Ohio (May 6, 2023) — Cole Duncan won the Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association feature Saturday at Atomic Speedway. Duncan moved up from fourth starting position for his first victory of the 2023 season over Jake Hesson, Danny Smith, Gary Taylor, and Skylar Gee.
