Selinsgrove hosts PA Speedweek finale on Sunday

Selinsgrove Speedway will host the PA Speedweek Finale for 410 sprint cars at 7:30 p.m. this Sunday, July 3, honoring the memory of the late driver-car owner duo of Jan Opperman and Dick Bogar. The 30-lap 410 sprint car feature will pay $5,000 to win and $400 to start. Track gates will open at 5:30 p.m.

Boasting or Roasting? Badlands Speedway reaction to car counts

Badlands Motor Speedway has been making headlines all season starting with switching their 410 sprint car program to Saturday night’s, paying a purse in silver bars, and various other things. Even though Badlands and Knoxville Raceway are over 300 miles apart in the eyes of folks at Badlands there is apparently a bit of a rivalry. After drawing a large car count on Saturday the following graphic displayed on the score board sent to us by a loyal reader.
