LARSON APPEARS TO CLINCH THE JESSE HOCKETT “MR. SPRINT CAR” TITLE
Following his win in Wednesday night’s Goodyear Knoxville Nationals preliminary main at the Knoxville Raceway, Kyle Larson of Elk Grove, California, has apparently clinched the Cox Design Iowa Speed Week point championship, which awards $2,500 and the Jesse Hockett “Mr. Sprint Car” title.

Kyle Larson Jets to Second Ultimate Challenge Victory in a Row!
“Young Money” Kyle Larson lived up to his nickname again, roaring to a second Ultimate Challenge victory in a row on Tuesday night at the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, Iowa. The 30-lap victory was worth a cool $15,000 to the Elk Grove, California native and the Hoffman Racing #69 sprint car team.

Brady Bacon – On the Podium at the 360 Nationals!
Brady Bacon added another feather to his cap at Knoxville Raceway, finishing third on Saturday night at the Knoxville 360 Nationals! It was a solid week for the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma driver that also included action in Sunday’s “Capitani Classic” with the 410’s at Knoxville. He will head to the Southern Iowa Speedway tonight and tomorrow night for the USAC Ultimate Challenge, where he hopes to climb one spot from his second place finish a year ago.

With the best in the business all gathered at the Knoxville Raceway for the 22ndAnnual Arnold Motors 360 Nationals, Seth Bergman had a frustrating weekend as he ended Saturday night seventh in the C main.

One of the most popular Knoxville Nationals Fan Fair forums held annually at the National Sprint Car Museum is the Bruce Ellis-moderated “Meet the Posse” program. This year promises to be the same, as the veteran Williams Grove Speedway announcer has lined up Daryn Pittman, Lance Dewease, Danny Holtgraver, Greg Hodnett and his car owner John Trone as his guest panelists. The forum will be held on Friday, August 10, at 3 p.m. in the non-profit museum’s second floor conference center.
