Cale Thomas Wins With Final Lap Pass at Attica

Cale Thomas and Cap Henry have battled each other hard in 410 sprint car racing in North Central Ohio in 2024. Friday night, Aug. 23 at Attica Raceway Park was no different. The pair traded slide job after slide job throughout the 30-lap feature on Wilson Tire/Central Ohio Farmers Night with Thomas executing the final one in the final set of turns on the final lap to score his fourth win of the year at Attica by a mere .078 seconds over Henry.

Sacramento, California’s Kalib Henry out-dueled Cap Henry to score his first 410 sprint win at Attica Raceway Park on Ohio Truck sales/Adkins Group Night, Friday, July 26. Henry, who started sixth in the 30-lap A-main, took the lead from the defending track champion on lap seven and held off several challenges from Cap Henry to score the win.

Thomas Conquers Fremont; Weaver Ties All Time Win List at Fremont

Cale Thomas lost his sprint car ride recently. He drove the family car a few races then teamed up with Jay Kiser Racing of Fremont, Ohio two weeks ago and immediately the team contended for wins. A crash battling for the lead at Attica Raceway Park the first night, and a third place run at Fremont Speedway the following night earned the Fairland, Indiana driver another weekend with the team. It paid off Saturday, Aug. 5 with his first ever 410 sprint win at Fremont Speedway on Plaza Lanes/Cameo Pizza/All Pro Aluminum Cylinder Heads Night.
