Staff has revised and added rules that will eliminate a few of the unfair advantages that larger teams with larger budgets are able to afford.

While finishing second in the points at two Northwest Ohio tracks in 2009 might be a career for some 410 sprint drivers, for Monclova, Ohio’s Byron Reed, it was a disappointing season that saw him find victory lane only once. Reed rededicated himself in the off-season, and has stormed out of the gates to start 2010, claiming his 8th career win with the O’Reilly Auto Parts All Star Circuit of Champion on HD Supply Spring Nationals Night at Attica Raceway Park Saturday. That comes on the heals of a second place run last week to open Attica’s season.
