Mark Dobmeier Claims Night #2 for the Knoxville Regulars at the Nationals!
Mark Dobmeier won a battle with Jason Meyers to take night #2 of the 51st Annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals on Thursday night. The Grand Forks, North Dakota driver piloted the Lunstra/Dobmeier #13 machine by Meyers on lap 14 and never looked back for his eighth career win at the famous half-mile.

Swindell Wins Duel with Heskin To Claim Night #1 of the Knoxville Nationals!
The “Experienced Veteran” vs. the “Young Gun” was on display on the opening night of the 51st Annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals Wednesday. Sammy Swindell was running the Nationals before Davey Heskin was born, but the two put on a show that fans will remember for some time. In the end, it was Swindell in Victory Lane, grabbing win #47 at the famous half-mile. Swindell also emerged as the high-point getter with 490 points, and assured the Germantown, Tennessee driver of a starting spot close to the front for Saturday night’s championship event.

His latest win came at the Casey’s General Stores Ultimate Challenge presented by Searsboro Telephone Company at the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, Iowa Tuesday night.

Otto Sitterly had his G&I Homes / Nicotra Racing No. 7 in position for a potential last-lap pass for the win in Saturday night’s $10,000-To-Win Mr. Supermodified feature at Oswego Speedway when he brushed wheels with eventual winner Ray Graham Jr. and crashed hard into the turn three inside and outside steel walls.

Sammy Swindell Three-Peats at Front Row Challenge!
Sammy Swindell won his third straight Front Row Challenge, but this one was the most lucrative, as the Germantown, Tennessee driver netted $10,000 for the All Star Circuit of Champions win. Swindell led the duration of the 25-lap feature in the Big Game Treestands #1 sprinter to claim the 15th running of the Musco Lighting Front Row Challenge over the 39 cars signed in on Monday night at the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Brady Bacon Sweeps USAC Knoxville Non-wing Nationals!
With another great crowd on hand, Brady Bacon was without peer at the third running of the USAC Knoxville Non-wing Nationals on Sunday night at the Knoxville Raceway. Bacon posted quick-time, won his heat and the feature. It was the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma driver’s first win at a track in which he has played the bridesmaid on a few occasions. It came aboard a XXX Chassis with Wesmar power and was worth $5,000. Chad Huston was also a first-time winner, as he picked up the companion 305 sprint car main event win.

Kyle Patrick ended a winless drought of more than three years on Friday night at Ohsweken Speedway. The Tilbury driver went to the Engine Pro Racing Winner’s Circle despite driving much of the Corr/Pak Merchandising Sprint Car feature with no water left in his cooling system.
