ATTICA, Ohio – Just as hot laps were ready to hit the track Friday at Attica Raceway Park, the skies opened up. Track crews began working on the surface to try and get the night’s racing in on All Pro Cylinder Heads/Aarons Sales and Lease Night, but another band of showers forced the cancellation of the event.

There were 33 of the O’Reilly Auto Parts 410 Sprints, 32 of the Fultz Fabrications and Speed Shop UMP Late Models and 28 of the Fremont Fence & Guardrail 305 Sprints signed into the pits.

Attica Raceway Park will be back in action Friday, May 20 as the World of Outlaw Sprints take on the tough local competitors in the Kistler Engines Classic paying $10,000 to win. Reserve seats are still available by calling 419-680-5606 or go to www.atticaracewaypark.com.
