Sydney, AU — (March 1, 2014) — Saturday’s meeting at Valvoline Raceway was postponed to next Saturday night (March 8th) because of showers Saturday morning and the threat of more to come. โOnly 2mm of rain fell at the Raceway since Thursday which did wonders for the racetrack, but everything changed this morning,โ said Raceway CEO Mike Raymond. โThis morningโs showers did us no favours and thatโs where we lost the meeting,โ he added. The meeting has been transferred in its entirety to next Saturday with a round of the Sydney sprintcar premiership, speedcars, Legend cars, AMCAs and Fender Benders.
