ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (July 29, 2016) –After having to miss some of the spring races due to changing jobs Chris Ware came back strong and lead from start to finish to win the second Fast Friday event of the year. Heats kicked of the hot clear night with Bill Rice and Troy Severin taking wins. Bill Rice and Chris Ware paced the field to green with Chris going to the top and getting out first. Ware was on rails as Rice tried lap after lap top find and opening with Troy Severin getting to third at half way and joining the party. Ware wasn’t making any mistakes for Rice as Severin was now all over Rice for second as the white flag was waving. Ware got a few car lengths out and Severin went low on Rice for the charge to the flag with Ware taking the win and Severin by a foot at the line for second. At the stripe it was Chris Ware, Troy Severin, Bill Rice, Jerald Harris, JD Coats, Brian Lawson, Glenn Worrell, Mike Leraas, Charlie Ware, Anthony Linkenhoker, Daren Bolac and Kevin Fletcher. Next week its back to Natural Bridge Speedway on Saturday night August 6th
