Lima, OH — David Gravel scored his first career O’Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions victory on Friday night at the Limaland Motorsports Park during the next to last event of Ohio Sprint Speedweek.
Gravel started on the pole and led every lap, holding off Tim Shaffer on multiple restarts. Shaffer held on for second to maintain his points lead over Gravel for the Ohio Sprint Speedweek championship. Byron Reed, Bryan Paulus, and Dean Jacobs rounded out the top five.
Ohio Sprint Speedweek concludes Saturday at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio.
