Rising City, NE — Tim Shaffer won Wednesday night’s All Star Circuit of Champions feature at the Butler County Motorplex during the Thunder Through the Plains Tour. The victory was Shaffer’s third in a row. David Gravel, Jonathan Allard, Greg Wilson, and Jamie Veal rounded out the top five.
