USCS adds pre-Speedweek Tennessee National Raceway make-up on Friday, May 27th

Atlanta, GA – May 17, 2011 – For sprint car racers and fans that want to get in a high powered dose of highly competitive winged sprint car racing over the 2011 Memorial Day Holiday weekend, the United Sprint Car Series presented by Goodyear has got you covered. After last weekend’s rainouts of USCS event, the series added back the Friday, May 27th USCS Mid-South Thunder Tour regional series event at Tennessee National Raceway in Hohenwald, Tennessee. This gives the 15th Anniversary USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour four races over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

On Friday the series invades Tennessee National Speedway (www.racetn.com) for it’s third USCS Mid South regional series points event of the season. On Saturday, May 28th it moves on to historic Riverside Int. Speedway (www.riversideinternationalspeedway.com ) for round number one of six included in the USCS Sprint Car Speedweek 2011 mini-series. On Sunday night May 29th Greenville Speedway (www.greenvillespeedway.net )in Greenville, Mississippi hosts USCS Sprint Car Speedweek Round #2 before the first Speed weekend finishes off the high-speed action with USCS Sprint Car Speedweek 2011 round three at Clayhill Motorsports (www.clayhillmotorsports.com ) in Atwood, TN on Monday, Memorial Day, May 30th.

After two days of for repairs and rejuvenation, the mini-series rolls into Beebe Speedway (www.beebespeedway.com ) in Beebe Arkansas for round four. On Friday, June 3rd the series travels about 100 miles South in the state of Arkansas to Drew County Speedway (www.drewcountyspeedway.us ) in Monticello, Arkansas for the fifth of six rounds. The USCS Sprint Car Speedweek 2011 finale completes a run that includes seven USCS winged sprint car races in nine days at Moulton Speedway (www.moultonspeedway.com ) in Moulton, Alabama on Saturday, June 4th.
