The Hoosier Outlaw Sprint Series annual event held at New Paris
Speedway was Saturday night. Colin Cabre, of Thonotosassa, Florida,
took the win. Cabre started on the outside of the front row with Mike
Astrauskas on the pole. Cabre took the lead on the first circuit with
Joe Swanson and Aaron Pierce following. Pierce moved into second on
lap 12. Fast qualifier Jeff Bloom was 4th and Jason Cox rounded out
the top five. Heat race winners were Tom Tolbert, Aaron Pierce, and
Colin Cabre.
