From Syndey Speedway

The American mortgage on the $50,000 Scott Darley Challenge continued when Shane Stewart took victory at Tyrepower Sydney Speedway.

The Oklahoma driver – in the Monster Energy Monte Motorsport machine dominated proceedings. He was followed home by Sydney Speedway veterans Max Dumesny and Robbie Farr.

Highest points man, Garry Brazier elected to start rear of grid for the feature, but his race ended when he made contact with Glen Saville.

Once he got into the lead, Stewart was unbeatable. Dumesny eased into second with six laps to go.

Farr held out a fast finishing Trevor Green – who had one of his best runs of the season and Ian Madsen.
