It’s with great pleasure that the Camden Racing team can confirm their driver David Challons has been cleared of any serious injuries following a nasty crash aboard the Vic # 45 Camden Neon Signs supported J&J over the Easter long weekend.
Challons was competing in the third and final round of the Easter Trail Sprintcar Series on Sunday night at Premier Speedway in Warrnambool, Victoria, when he rode out a massive crash in the final round of heat races.
Shortly after the crash, Challons was transported to the nearby Warrnambool Hospital for a check-up. It was revealed that there were no serious injuries, and the only injuries occurred were mainly bruising.
“I’d like to thank everyone for all of their concern and support throughout this ordeal; because it means a lot to me,” Challons commented. “It was a big wreck, but thankfully I was able to escape without any major injuries.”
The Camden Neon Racing team would like to thank the following sponsors: Maxwill Racing Engines, J&J Auto Racing, Adtrans Truck Centre, KTM Australia, APEX Walls and Trusses, McKinnon Quarries and Civil, Premier Pallet and Recycling Inc (USA), Torque Power and BR Motorsports.
