Skyline Speedway Opener Delayed to May 10th

By Scott Wolfe
STEWART, OHIO-Skyline Speedway in Stewart, Ohio has postponed its 2013 racing season opener again.  Weekend rain hampered the efforts to get the track in shape for the 2013 season.  That comes on the heels of a string of equipment failures that  caused earlier delays.
The speedway was set to open this Friday, however,  May 10 is now the official start date. The racing slate features Octane Race Products AMRA Modifieds, the powerful Kryptonite Race Cars AMRA Late Models, and Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association Outlaw 410 sprint cars.  Check the track website and its facebook pages for up-to-date info on the opener.
