Knoxville, IA – (August 8, 2013) – 2013 Indiana Sprint Week champion Bryan Clauson has officially entered the 2013 FVP Knoxville Nationals.  Clauson is driving for the Rick Pollock owned team and has unloaded their car to compete in the second preliminary night event.   Clauson has made four previous winged sprint car starts including events with the Midwest Open Wheel Association earlier this season.

“(Pollock) started talking to me about doing this at Oskaloosa on Tuesday,” said Clauson.  “Then he called me about noon on Wednesday and I told him if he brought the car we would do it.”

Clauson has 15 feature victories so far this season including in USAC Southwest Sprint Car Series, USAC National Sprint Car Series, USAC / CRA Sprint series, USAC Western Midget Car Series, and a co-sanctioned midget car event with POWRi and the Badger Midget Auto Racing Association.
