TULSA, Okla. (September 11, 2013) The Hose Advantage Store Southwest Region returns to competition this Saturday, September 14 at the Tucson International Raceway after a late summer break following events in Peoria, Ariz. on August 17.
The seventh of eight scheduled appearances at the three-eighths mile Arizona oval, the series last appearance on June 29 saw Logan Forler making an appearance with a last corner pass on Rick Ziehl for the A-Feature victory.
So far in 2013, four drivers have earned Tucson wins. Lorne Wofford of Alamogordo, N.M. is the only repeat winner, earning three consecutive victories on April 6, May 4, and June 1.
Including this Saturday’s Tucson showing, eight nights remain for the Hose Advantage Store Southwest Region. Of the eight, four will be sanctioned with the Lucas Oil ASCS presented by MAVTV American Real.
