Brockville, ON — (October 19, 2013) — Bryan Howland won the final Patriot Sprint Tour event for the 2013 season Saturday afternoon at Brockville Speedway. With a second place finish Steve Poirier won his first Patriot Sprint Tour Canadian point championship. Chris Jones rounded out the podium.
