Wheelerburg, OH — (May 16, 2014) — Due to heavy rain through the week Southern Ohio Speedway has cancelled tonight’s Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association event. OVSCA competitors will now focus on Saturday night’s event at the Wayne County Speedway.
