ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Saturday night’s “Salute to Indy” at Perris (Calif.) Auto Speedway is the fourth AMSOIL USAC/CRA Sprint race at the half-mile dirt track this year.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Series point leader Damion Gardner has a 39-point lead over Nic Faas and Gardner has won two of this year’s races at the PAS. Faas won at Perris last November.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Mike Spencer, third in the latest series standings, trails Gardner by three wins in the all-time Perris USAC/CRA winners’ list.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย A 40-lap feature is on tap and the evening will be “Power of Purple Night and The Drive to $100,000,” benefiting the City of Perris Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society. The first 200 race fans receive a FREE gift from the American Cancer Society
